Bioscience Education Canada

The Toronto District School Board is looking for industry partners to sit on an advisory board for a new Biotechnology curriculum. This program is funded by the Sector Council program and is in the middle of a three year plan. The Board would be asking for input into what the industry needs, whether the current plans meet industry needs and what are the needs going forward. The industry panel would also be looked toward to mentor the program. There will be an introductory meeting on November 30th to assess the level of interest from potential partners. This is a real opportunity to make a difference to the education of our youth in Ontario. If you would like to part of this exciting opportunity please contact Bonnie Kuehl at bk@scientificinsights.com. The TBI education committee will review all those interested and recommend those individuals who best meet the criteria.
