Education
The Biotech Initiative delivers a series of high quality educational events, primarily targeting its members in senior and middle management. TBI is also an active sponsor of the Sanofi-Aventis Biotalent Challenge (formerly known as The Sanofi-Aventis Biotechnology Challenge; see details below) – an educational outreach initiative that introduces high school students to the exciting field of biotechnology.
In addition to organizing its own educational events and awards programs, TBI aims to create awareness regarding other training opportunities and professional development courses of interest to both its membership base and the general biopharma sector. The educational links presented below encompass a broad spectrum of functional topics for biotechnology professional development, with particular emphasis on meeting the distinct needs of senior executives versus students or junior staff.
